When you identify the needs of your clients and behave in an appropriate way to fulfil these needs.

A
- Listen carefully to understand the client’s requirements and objectives
- Agree terms from the outset in written terms of engagement
- Provide regular updates to the client

A
- Regular communication with the client
- Deliver on what has been agreed, be reliable and manage the client’s expectations
- Produce high quality work
- Seek feedback

A
- In agency role – regular meetings with the client
- Transaction management – bi-weekly- client meetings

How do you identify a client?
A
Anyone who you owe a duty of care. E.g. a lender, landlord, etc.
