Clears heat, resolves toxicity, cools the blood, and drains fire
Severe fire in the Qi/Blood Levels: intense fever, strong thirst, dry heaves, severe and stabbing headache, extreme irritability, rash, nosebleed
T: dark-red with scorched lips
P: either submerged, thin or floating, rapid, large
NOTE: Severe cases may present with delirious speech, and nosebleed
