Closed
Are not affected by the environment. Repetitive situation
Compare the characteristics of gross and fine movement
Fine movement is used for accuracy and precision. Whereas, gross is using large muscle groups and it doesn’t involve precision.
Justify why a rugby tackle is a basic skill
As everybody learns the skill and it doesn’t require any decisions on how to perform the skill.
Compare the characteristics of self-paced and externally paced.
Self-paced is when the performer determines when to start their skill. Whereas, externally paced is when others (external factors) determine when the performer starts their skill.
Using the sporting examples, explain the difference between gross and fine movement.
During a rugby tackle the movement is gross as the performer is using a lot of muscles and their muscle groups but they do not require a large amount of accuracy. Whereas, in darts uses fine movement as the performer requires accuracy and precision.
