Direct aggression involves physical contact with an opponent for example rugby. Whereas, indirect aggression does not involve physical contact with an opponent. For example tennis.

A

A football player uses both aggression’s as they use indirect aggression when they kick the football into the goal. However, they also use direct aggression to tackle the ball from their opponents. Whereas, a tennis player just uses indirect aggression as they always hit the tennis ball and no their opponent.
