marinated and pounded thinly. Flash fried to a
crispy edge. Served over a warm red German
style potato salad (mustard tossed). Finished
with lemon caper beurre blanc and topped with
a generous portion of arugula salad (arugula,
lemon, shaved parmesan cheese).
