22-year-old male presents to his general practitioner with a 4-month history of headaches, palpitations, and heavy sweating. He also reports some non-intentional weight loss. On examination, the patient is sweating heavily and is tachycardic.
phaeochromocytoma in adrenal medulla
69 year old has 6 month history of back pain extending to butt and back of thighs
pain is worse on standing and walking
relieved by sitting and leaning forward
weakness on hip flexion bilaterally
neurogenic claudication coming on with walking or standing
lumbar spinal stenosis
68 year old male presents with progressively deteriorating flexion of his little finger
patient complains on mild discomfort over left 5th metacarpophalangeal joint
flexor deformity is not correctable
dupuytren’s disease
night pain in her right dominant hand for the last 6 months
numbness of the thumb and index finger
slight thenar wasting and sensation is moderately reduced
diminshed grip and pinch stregnth
positive phalens test
carpal tunnel
increasing pain, swelling and sensation of hear over right dominant wrist
NSAIDs help
obvious demarcated swelling over anatomical snuffbox
dorsal aspect of the thumb has reduced sensation
positive finklestein’s test
de quervain tensoynovitis
