What are the dental features of class II div. 2?

A

UPPER

  • Laterals shorter = escape effects of lower lip but traps it and flares outwards
  • Crowding ecp around laterals (depending on lip)
  • Incisors retroclined

LOWER
- Incisors retroclined

  • OJ = usually reduced
  • OB = deep, increased (may be complete to teeth/ palate)
