-Established reservation lands for kiowa and Comanche tribes

-Established by a group of educated NA from 50 tribes
Native American Religious Freedom Act, 1975
- NA rights to exercise traditional values
- Access to sacred sites
Nomadic
- Way of life for NA
- No set land, followed Buffalo herds
Polygamy
- taking of more then one wife
- All women cared for by a male which ensured survival of tribe
- Opposed by Whites as went against christian beliefs
Red Power
-Describe young NA in 1960s who reacted to Black Power and assert their rights
