What are the heart three tissues?
Cardiac muscle tissue, nerve tissue, connective tissue
Blood vessels?
Transport blood
Arteries?
Carry blood away from heart
Veins?
Carry blood towards heart
Capillaries?
Tiny blood vessels with very thin wall that allows substances to diffuse between blood and tissue
What diseases?
-Cardiac arrest: not beating right
-stroke: similar to heart attack but blockage in brain
-Coronary Artery Disease: plaque on inner wall located arteries. The symptoms are chest pain, pressure, shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, dizziness, and pain in the upper body.
How does respiratory and circulatory interact with each other?
