Circular economy Flashcards

Q

what three features does servicizing have?

A
  1. The manufacturer sells its product’s functionality,
but not the product itself, to the customer.
–>The manufacturer maintains ownership of the product it
manufacturers. Ownership of the asset never transfers to another party
  2. The customer pays a fee to the manufacturer based solely on product usage (i.e., pay per use).
  3. The manufacturer maintains and repairs its products at no additional cost to the customer.
