A
-Runway cant be clearly identified
-30 degrees or more off-center
-more than 400 ft descent req
-Runway without approach has favoring winds

How do we know if there is a different minima?

-Our minima: 1.3nm
-Black square with a C on the approach plate
-Can be found in the TPP

How to go missed on a circle approach?
A
Climb over the protected area until the standard missed procedure can be executed
