A

urethral strictures, prostate cancer, pelvic prolapse (cytocele, rectocele or uterine prolapse), pelvic masses (large fibroids), neurological causes e.g. MS or parkinsons

Weak stream, hesitancy ,reduced functional capacity, overflow incontinence, nocturnal enuresis, palpable distended bladder, should do a DRE
