A

early Alzheimers, singal palmar crease, Hirsprung disease (neural crest migration problem where the intestines aren’t fully innervated), hear disease, exp. atrial septal defects, and incr. risk of AML, ALL, Bushfield spots
(so, head to toe: eyes, heart, blood, gut, brain)
