-Delegates work to employees cuz he trusts them
-Gets employees to go along with him by reasoning with them and explaining things to them

A

-Appropiate only when manager has highly trustworthy employees
-Some employees find it hard to cope without anyone looking over them
-Employees might not get work done on time
- They might rush to complete on time and make mistakes
-Suitable in businesses that rely heavily on employee creativity and innovation for success

A

Delegation is when a manager assigns authority to an employee to carry out some task or project for him.
Gives the employee power to do some of hihs work for him
