- repetition creates the effect pf emphasis and intensifies
the E.I (elaborate on E.I)

A

Q
Brief account of second response?
A
- inversion in the development section (repeats a
movement but changes the direction of her body) - she steps upstage with arms in an open fifth, leg behind
then turns faces other way same step - E.I suggests the she’s is trying to get herself noticed,
whilst also searching for a way out - inversion creates the effect of change and difference,
relevant as the dancer is desperately searching, in not
one but two ways
