Improve health and wellbeing of individuals and promote community connection.
focus on an issue that adresses those who have or are at risk of the poorest health outcomes ad have the greatest economic social needs

What is an example of service Provision?
RFDS - 80% from private funding and 20% from government Therefore their ability to provide services is highly dependant on services

Beyond Blue, Building Better Homes (building accessible homes for people with disability)
What is an example of Awareness and education?
Beyond Blue- educating people on kids and adolescent mental health conditions
What are the challenges involved with CHO?

Increased experiences of loneliness and isolation
