A

Most commonly in children

  • brain tumours
  • neuroblastoma
  • rhabdomyosarcoma

Chemotherapy - pt Immunocompromised
- induction
- consolidation
- maintenance

Stem cell transplant or bone marrow transplant
- chemo and radiotherapy to eliminate host immune system
- transplant of healthy tissue
- immunosuppressed
