- difficulty lying down
- may radiate back, neck, teeth and arm (HT or PC meridian)
- SOB, may be sweating
- chest pain commonly observed in coronary arteriosclerotic heart dz

Chest Bi: HT Blood Stasis
Tx: Invigorate Blood, dissolve blood stasis, unblock the channels, relieve pain
Fx: XUE FU ZHU YU TANG
Chest Bi: Turbid Phlegm Obstructing the Chest
Tx: Unblock yang, dispel turbid phlegm, promote movement of qi, and stop pain
Fx: GUA LOU XIE BAI BAN XIA TANG + Hou Po, Zhi Shi, Gui Zhi, Gan Jiang, Xi Xin
Chest Bi: Yin Cold Congealing in the HT
Tx: Dissipate cold, unblock the yang, invigorate blood, and stop pain, scatter cold, warm the yang
Fx: DANG GUI SI NI TANG

Tx: move the qi, relax the chest, soothe the LV and HT, and stop pain
