Clavicular fibres - Pts palm facing you, resist movement towards pts opposite shoulder.
Sternal fibres - Pt aims thumb at opposite hip and stabilse at opposite hip.

Prone - humerus abducted 90, elbow bent and fist clenched, resist downwards movement of fist.
