Neurological toxicity
- vincristine*, cisplatin
- cause peripheral neuropathy
Immunosuppressive
Cyclophosphamide, methotrexate
Hemorrhagic cystitis
Cyclophosphamide: caused by it’s acrolein metabolite
Presents as hematuria
Leukogenic
Procarbazine (an alkylating agent)
IL-11
⬆️ platelet formation to treat/prevent thrombocytopenia caused by chemo
Filgrastim (G-CSF)
⬆️ granulocytes to shorten duration of neutropenia
Sargramostim (GM-CSF)
⬆️ granulocytes and macrophages
