Bad - Portal hypertension

Caput medusae

    Pressure in the umbilical vein due to portosystemic shunting 

Splenomegaly

    Backing up of blood into the spleen (can't get through liver) 

Ascites

However, not completely awful, at least toxins are still being cleared.

At this point, can’t make albumin or clotting factors - not good.
