elimination is avoid using something that may cause injury or pose hazard. Substitution is using something that may be safer/ replace the hazard.
what is the difference between engineering controls and administrative controls?
Engineering Controls includes fume hoods, glove box. Administrative control involves using proper procedures and protocols.
