Teaching real-deal skills and increasing individual accountability to drive company results.

Bridging the gap is not just about getting generations to work together, it is what I said before:
creating next generation leaders in millennials as well as teaching current managers how to better be leaders by guiding those millennials and letting them guide us.

Care about millennials by pushing ourselves to be better larders and coach’s, or continue to be careless by ignoring and dismissing the general divide
