The Encounter tab contains completely documented encounters, such as office visits, telephone calls,
and medication refills for the entire UW Health organization. This tab also contains hospital encounters
and all ambulatory encounters.

Contains procedures and results of test that are not lab or imaging tests, such as Cardiac
Stress Tests, ECGs, etc.

Contains other orders such as consults, transfers, and requests. Lab, imaging, medications, and
procedures will not be located here.
