A

Sensory neuropathy leading to loss of proprioception and pain sensation leading to joint instability leading to joint destruction leading to chronic progressively degenerative arthropathy

A

STD causes SKA
Shoulder = syringomyelia
Knee = tabes dorsalis (syphilis)
Ankle = Diabetic neuropathy
