4 - 6 answers that are plausible but not too tricky. Learner should be able to discern the choices but still be tempted by wrong answers.
Fill-in-the-blank
Statement needs to provide enough information so that the learner has to provide only one specific term that could answer the question.
Essay
Tough to grade - Good for gauging accuracy and depth - can be energy-draining
True-or-False
Quick and easy to grade but can be tricky if the learner hasn’t comprehended the course material.
Attention
Adults must invest their time and attention to what’s being demonstrated and taught.
Retention
The ability to retain what’s been taught.
Reproduction
Practicing what has been learned
Motivation
