Review the courses ability to satisfy the learning objectives and instructional goals
Implementation
Trainer delivers what’s been developed for the course content
Instructional Goal
A statement that defines the high-level objectives of the course
Learning Objectives
The specific goals of the content of the training course. What the learner will be able to do as a result of your training. A sum of the instructional goal, topical units and learning outcomes. Focus on how this new information will be applied.
Topical Units
An outline of what the course will include for the learners. (The steps to take in order to achieve each of the learning objectives).
Learning Outcomes
Describe the actions that will help the learner achieve the instructional goal of each topical unit.
Knowledge Transfer
When accurate information is transferred from the instructor to the learner.
Learning Need
What learners need to know to operate within the organization , complete a specific task or role or to manage a given technology.
