AGE products
“advanced glycation end products”
Particles created in glycation that cross link with proteins and lipids, resulting in tissue damage.
AGE products include: high fat dairy high protein foods carb dense good skin on fowl exposed to high temp during cooking
antioxidants
substances that neutralize free radicals, thereby decelerating the age process and leaving tissues and cells healthy and able to function properly.
chronic stress
long-term stress that occurs when the body’s fight or flight response doesn’t shut off, which can lead to a wide variety of health problems.

Maillard reaction
a chemical reaction produced by browning foods or cooking them at high temperatures, thereby creating AGE products
