Collective goods

a strategy by which organized interests seek to influence the passage of legislation or other public policy by exerting direct pressue on members of the legilature or others in government

a private group that raises and dsitributes funds for use in eleciton campaigns
super pac
can spend unlimited amounts towards a campaign
