a style of parenting that have rules and high expectations, it relies a lot on punishment if rules are broken
authoritative
a style of parenting that uses consequences aswell as positive reinforcement. Rules are discussed and understood by the child and also allow exceptions.
permissive
a style of parenting that is low in discipline and see the themselves as their childs friend, they rarely discourage bad behaviour.
uninvolved
a parenting style where parents show little interest in their kids lives and don’t offer attention.
