This relies on clinical pathways to evaluate and guide clinical care.
Case management
Nursing as science in a holistic manner. What you have to do to look out for the person as a whole.
Caregiver
Assisting clients in decision making and speaking for the client as is the client’s interests are the nurse’ interest.
Advocate
Direct the work of professional and non-professional to achieve expects outcomes of care.
Manager
The process by which responsibility and authority for performing a certain task are transferred to another individual
Delegation
Achieve high quality client care and client satisfaction through working with the client and interdisciplinary members.
