  • Has complied with and settled all wage-rate provisions
  • Has furnished all required mill tests and analysis reports
  • Furnished the final Construction Compliance with Specifications and Plans Certification
  • The contractor has submitted and the Dept has accepted all as-build drawings and certified surveys.
  • Furnished all manufacturer warranties
