What is Time Correspondence in the Final Estimate Documentation?
This is all the documentation needed to substantiate contract time, including the Notice to Proceed, Notice of Beginning Work and Final Acceptance Letter. It will also contain all weather letters, holiday extensions and any references to Supplement Agreements with time extensions, etc.
What is the Daily Work Report (DWR) and where is it stored?
The report of the work done each day and corresponding equipment used, for the entire life of the project. It is stored in SiteManager and should be inputted on a daily basis by the field personnel.
What does the Final Estimates Office Record of Final Plans and Documents do?
Provides important contract time info such as critical dates and time extensions. It also provides contract amounts, general contract info and other relevant info about the project.

The original design plans with all changes shown in red and signed by the Responsible Engineer. They can also include the Contractor supplied as-builts drawings and shop drawings.

Within 30 days
What does the Offer Letter & Final Estimate include?
The estimate will include all final quantities, all adjustments and deductions.

What is the purpose of the Final Plans and Estimate Transmittal?
To list all items included in the final estimate documentation submitted to the District. It serves as a checklist to those put the documentation together and as a checklist to the District Final Estimates Office to make sure everything has been received.
