WHO definition of mental health
mental wellbeing where individual can realize own abilities, cope with stresses, work productively, make contribution

3) create Knowledge Exchange Centre with aim of mobilizing evidence based knowledge to improve best practices and increase dialogue about mental health issues
what is stigmatization?
expression of negative attitudes and behaviours toward individuals who share certain characteristic

what is WRAP?
wellness recovery action plan (peer led mental illness self management program that helps individuals manage illness and provide them with plan when not well)
two essential characteristics of substance use disorder:
tolerance and withdrawal
