Framework
Brief explanation of a theory or portions of a theory to be tested
–Abstract, logical structure of meaning, such as a portion of a theory which guides the development of the study and enables the researcher to link the findings to nursing’s body of knowledge
Theory
Made up of a set of concepts, definitions, and propositions all in which relate to one another
