  • Significant difference between previous and entered positions ie; KORD when at KDEN
  • Unreasonable present position ie; 95N, 185W
  • No present position entry

What does the amber DC FAIL light indicate?

A
  • That individual IRS isn’t able to go to it’s backup power source (switched hot battery bus)
  • If both DC FAIL lights are illuminated there could be something wrong with the battery charger and you will lose hot battery bus and fire protection, LAND!
