  • Define the problem- what needs to change fro the better of the business
  • Define change objective- What is the end goal
  • Identify driving force- Factors that support the change and how the change betters the business
  • Identify restraining force- All factors that resist the chage
  • Rank forces according to importance
  • Develop strategy- If there are more factors supporting change then business has to implement strategies for change
