- Adding depth and detail to the ideas

Force field analysis
A
- Define the problem- what needs to change fro the better of the business
- Define change objective- What is the end goal
- Identify driving force- Factors that support the change and how the change betters the business
- Identify restraining force- All factors that resist the chage
- Rank forces according to importance
- Develop strategy- If there are more factors supporting change then business has to implement strategies for change

Obstacles to creativity
A
- Thinking there isnt enough time to be creative
- Trying to think of everything logically
- lack of sleep
- “If it aint broke dont fix it”
- Thinking you arent/cannot be creative

- A way of doing something or know-how that is specific to certain group or society that can be used to create a sustainable product
- Can be an advantage as it could offer something new to people outside of that society
- Can be a weakness if the market they enter is too unfamiliar
