A
  • Telephone- Communicates with buyers and helps business pursue new clients, buers can also ask questions
  • Oral presentation- Using PPT or pamphlets to give feedback or inform about future events
  • Business magazines- Catalogues given to customers in the mail or at the shops
  • Business letters/statements- Mailed to customers to give them info like a launch of a product or amounts that may be due
  • Electronic media- SMS or emails sent to create word of mouth and promote business
  • Business reports- A method of organising/presenting specific info to a specific group
  • Business plan- A tool used to apply for financing and for the owner to assess the business to identify possible areas of improvement

  • Make sure that the objectives of the research are clearly defined and put on paper
  • Consider ethical issues like asking fro permission
  • Consider doing secondary research as it may save time on something that may have been done unnecessarily
