~home & personal life-(parents are managers in home / lead by example, motivate their children to do good in life, communicate with children)
~school-(principle motivate staff and pupils, organise and plan classes and timetables, control school budget)
~local community-(when community fund raiser is being carried out, a committee needs to organise and plan the event, leadership and motivation to get people interested and also a person will have to control and manage finance)
~business-(business needs to set objectives to succeed and to increase profits and to control the finances)

what are some similarities and differences between managers and entrepreneurs ?

A

~managers tend to have less original ideas and more focus on routine, whereas entrepreneurs have energy, ideas and initiative to start a new business.
~managers don’t take risks as they work for an entrepreneur who has already done the risk taking for the business.
~managers have the same day to day job and it is all routine whereas for entrepreneurs work off their own time and when they get ideas thats why they don’t use routines.
