Incarnation
The dogma that God’s eternal Son assumed a human nature and became man in order to save us from our Sins. Jesus, second part of Trinity and true God and true man.
Concupiscenece
An inclination to commit sin that arises from our human desires or appetites. A consequence of Original Sin, even after Baptism.
Prehistory
A period of time that refers to events or objects that date before the written record existed.
Twelve Tribes of Israel
The name for the descendants of the 12 sons of Jacob.
Theophany
An appearance or manifestation of God, as when he appeared to Moses in a burning bush.
Tabernacle
The portable sanctuary in which the Jews carried the Ark of the Covenant throughout their travels in the desert.
