willful intimidation, assault, battery, sexual assault or other abusive behavior perpetrated by one family member, household member, friend or intimate partner against another

- criminal sexual conduct committed against a minor
- stalking
- cyberstalking
- sexual offenses
abuse
physical assault within the home in which one spouse is repeatedly assaulted by the other
spouse abuse
acutal or threatened physical, sexual, psychological, or emotional abuse by a current or former spouse, dating partner, or boyfriend/girlfriend
intimate partners can be of the same or opposite sex
intimate partner violence
completed or attempted sex act against the victims will or involving a victim who is unable to consent, abusive sexual contact, a non contact sexual abuse, including sexual harassment
