A

Project manager:

  • Focuses on the specific project objectives
  • controls the assigned project recoirces to best meet project objectives.
  • Manages the constraints (scope, schedule, cost, and quality, etc.) if the indvidual projects.

PMO:

  • Manages major program scope changes, to better achieve busimess onjectives.
  • Optimizes the use of shared organisational recources across all projects.
  • Manages the methodologies, standards, overall risk/opportunity, and inderdependencies among projects at tje entrprise level.
