Repeating
Reinforcing what you say with nonverbal communication. Such as waving bye-bye and saying goodbye, at the same time.
Substituting
Substituting nonverbal communication for verbal communication. Such as throwing the middle finger but not saying anything.
Accenting
Accenting can also be accomplished by vocally stressing a certain spoken word. Emphasis
Adding detail or complementing
Hugging somebody and telling them you love
