Ariel or ladder truck requirements?

A

must be equipped with a Ariel ladder, elevating platform, aerial ladder platform, or water tower.
This is designed and equipped to support firefighting and rescue operations by positing personnel, handling materials, providing continuous egress, or discharging water at positions elevated from the ground.
Must have 115 ft of ground ladder including two extension ladders, two straight ladders with folding roof hooks, and an attic ladder.

Basically an engine and a truck combined.
