Address respectfully, consider pacing. Interviews are typically longer. Therapeutic touch to provide empathy.

Consider key elements that will impact the interview. Hearing-impaired, drug/alcohol abuse, sexually aggressive, emotionally distraught, angry and/or threatening violence.
