A group of people intentionally organized to accomplish an overall, common goal or set of goal
What is delegation
It allows the authority to do a certain task
What is organization as a system theory
Its a theory that tells that think organization as a system, an organized collection of parts that are highly integrated in order to accomplish an overall goal.

people, technologies, materials, technical related knowledge, cash money

Outputs are tangible results produced by processes in the system, such as product or services for consumers

The extent to which functions are dispersed in the organization, either in terms of integration with other functions or geographically.
What is formalization in organization
It is regarding the extent of policies and procedures in the organization
What is hierarchy in organization
It is regarding the extent and configuration of levels in the structure
What is standardization in organization
It is regarding the extent that organizational processes are standardized
What is specialization in organization
It is regarding the extent to which activities are refined. for example there may be an organization who develop product to minimum user acceptance level and there may be an organization who wants to excel in production.
What is training in organization
It is regarding the extent of activities to equip organization members with knowledge and skills to carry out their roles.
