What is scope planning
Scope planing is the process of progressively elaborating and documenting the project work (project scope) that produces the project
What is the output of scope planning
scope statement and scope management plan
What is the objective or business requirements in project plan
It includes
i- mission statement.
ii- define business objectives
iii- business cases (NPV model) and detailed description of assumptions.
What about technical approach in project plan
Description of how new system is to be developed. It also includes following 4 elements i- Technologies ii- In house vs consultants iii- Derivatives of existing iv- Architectural layout - Layouts

It specifies general needs from outside sources

What is cost-plus contract
Cost-plus is a contractual relationship where the developer is paid for the cost of the service provided and in addition is allowed an agreed profit margin.
What is fixed-price contract
A fixed-price contract is a commitment by developer to provide an agreed product or service for an agreed fees, within an agreed schedule.

It defines specific dates for milestones components.
