something we want yet can live without it.

Products or items which can be bought and sold
Example: •shoes

What is a service ?
Something that supplies a commodity or does work for another usually involving payment.
What is a right ?
Something u are entitled to
What is a responsibility?
Something u must do and for which u are answerable.

Any knowledge that allows a consumer to shop wisely
What is consumer education ?
Involves using consumer information to make informed decisions when purchasing goods and services.
Why do consumers need to be informed ?
- ensures value for money
- understand laws that protect consumer
- enable them to make correct action if they have complaint
- helps make good decisions with goods and services

- newspapers
What is a resource ?
Anything that can be used to assist in the performance of a task
