EN or PN 7-14 days prior (could benefit from 1-3 days)

conservative- ng to suction, aggressive- sx but not indicated if life expectancy <4 months will be conservative.
Ng to suction not comfortable replaced with g tube for drainage and decompression
Should PN be used in advanced disease?
performance status may indicate whether or not to use, info is conflicting
