Clayton Act 1914
Removed unions from falling under Sherman Antitrust Act.
No junctions could be placed to against unions for striking.
Davis Bacon Act 1931
Prevailing wages for an area shall be paid on all federally funded and assisted projects valued above $2,000.

Equal pay Act 1963
Prohibits discrimination on basis of sex.
Civil Rights Act 1964
Illegal to discriminate on basis of race, religion etc.
