Cognitive dissonance
Incompatibility between two or more attitudes or between behaviour and attitudes
Cognitive component
A description of or belief in the way things are
Behavioural component
An attitude describes an intention to behave a certain way toward someone or something
Organisational identification
The extent to which employees define themselves by the same characteristics that define the basis for which attitudes are engendered
Perceived organisational support (POS)
The degree to which employees believe an organisation values their contribution and cares about their well being.
